Key CodeHow can I get the key to the apartment?

The keys are not necessary in our apartments. All apartments have an access code number, that is sent to the customer upon online checkin (http://hotel1112.ykioskhotel.com) or at kiosk installed at hotel lobby. This code is unique and is only valid during the stay of each client.

Bed LinenThe apartments come with bed linen and bath?

The apartments come with bed linen and bath. Bed linen is changed every time a new customer arrives, every week and when the client is housed or on request.

EquipmentWhat equipment is included in the kitchen?

The kitchens are fully equipped and of course include, among others, the refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee machine. The only consumable is included dishwashing. Upon request we can provide other products, including fruit, food, detergents, etc.

Check-in & Check-outWhat time of arrival and departure?

The apartments are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure. There is no time limit for entering the apartment, however we strongly recommend you to that bring the reservation number, or the access codes if you made the online checkin at http://hotel1112.ykioskhotel.com.

InternetHow is the Internet access?

All apartments have access to wireless internet (WiFi) with no traffic limit.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation

Except for prepaid reservations (non-refundable), groups and special events or in other situations specified at the time of booking, you can cancel your reservation free of charge if you do so up to 3 days before the date of arrival. Please note that if you cancel after that limit, or in case of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

BabiesChildren and extra beds

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Extra beds/babycots for children under 2 years are available. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is one.

Acessibility and mobilityAcessibility and mobility

Most of our buildings have suitable conditions for disabled guests. Potential guests with mobility issues should contact the reservation department to discuss their particular needs.

Pets are not allowed.
