What will you find in the Santos apartments?
The 28 Santos apartments are divided into five types, namely: the studios, with an area of 34 m², ideal to accommodate up to three people; Superior studios, with a similar profile to the previous ones, but with a more relaxed view; the T1 apartments, already 38 m² in size and with a bedroom, also with a capacity for three guests; T1 Duplex apartments, 49 m² and two floors, for up to four people; and, finally, the T2 Duplex apartments, with 63 m², also with two floors, which can comfortably accommodate four guests.
All of our apartments are equipped with everything you need to enjoy days in the centre of Lisbon with comfort and independence. You will have at your disposal a kitchenette equipped with a hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and utensils for the preparation of light meals. In addition, Santos apartments have a spacious private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. If you need to store your luggage outside, you can use our lockers located in the Santos A. building.

The Santos neighbourhood, also known as Santos-o-Velho, has become increasingly famous for its museums, galleries, shops and schools of art and design. This is also the ideal place for those who like to enjoy nightlife. The clubs and bars in Santos are famous throughout the city. Adding to this the quality and diversity of the restaurants in this locality, you will easily understand why this is a frequent crossing point for most of the people of Lisbon.
Santos apartments are just a short walk from other well-known nightlife venues. Inhabiting the Alvor Palace since 1884, the National Museum of Ancient Art has an enviable collection. Among painting, sculpture, jewellery and even decorative arts, you will find here several works of reference from the international artistic heritage, originating in Europe, Africa and the East.
With more than 40,000 items, most of which are classified by the State as “national treasures”, this collection brings together some of the most important works created between The Middle Ages and the mid-19th century. All of this housed in a charming 17th-century palace with a privileged view of the Tagus River – right next door you can discover the beautiful viewpoint of Rocha de Conde de Óbidos. We have a permanent support service for everything you need, from questions related to the apartment, with your stay, to clarify any doubts, to requests for information about the city, to advise on a restaurant, shopping center or museum!

All our apartments have service and help-desk open 24/7. Our buildings have a team that is present in the building 365 days a year, who in addition to the daily maintenance of your apartment will be available to help you (these services are included in the daily rate).
The apartments are fully furnished with bed and bath linen, as well as appliances and kitchen utensils. All apartments benefit from a daily cleaning service that includes the change of bed and bath linen after 3 nights, or when necessary. The daily cleaning service does not include cleaning the kitchen, washing the dishes or treating clothes. If the kitchen needs to be cleaned, this service will be charged for an additional cost of € 25.00 /day. We have an optional laundry service.
The apartments are equipped with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Everything is strictly inventoried. Nothing may be removed from the apartment. Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the client at market price plus a fee of € 30.00/item to cover replacement costs.
The apartments have dozens of cable channels (varies depending on location). If your apartment has a box, you must tune the HDMI on the TV and then turn on the receiver and choose the desired channel. If your apartment does not have a box, just choose the channels using your own command.
In addition to traditional commerce, there are always supermarkets very close to the buildings. It is also possible to get a home delivery service by choosing from a menu from an endless list of restaurants. Optionally, you can also request purchases for your stay, even being possible to have all your purchases done when you arrive at the apartment!
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is done from 14:00h, and Check-out must be until 12:00h. During the booking period, you can enter the apartment at any time. Arrivals before 14:00 (‘early check-in’), or departures after 12:00 (‘late checkout’), are possible subject to availability at an additional cost of 40% on the published daily rate for the apartment.
The building has several Wi-Fi hotspots. Access is free. The access code can be found at the entrance to the apartment.
On-street parking is normally paid for and is usually secure. However, we suggest the usual care in this type of situation. Please be advised that certain areas have parking meters and are for limited duration parking. Check the map for the nearest covered car parks
All our apartments are non-smoking. If you do not comply with the smoking ban, a €100.00 cleaning and odor removal fee will be charged.

The nearest subway station is “Cais do Sodré”. Cais do Sodré and Rossio stations are also nearby.
The Lisbon Serviced Apartments are located just 300 metres from Caís do Sodré Station, a public transport hub, with links to many destinations, both within and outside the city of Lisbon.
The days of relying on Caravels (Portuguese two-masted boats) to carry you from one bank of the river to the other have long since gone. Today you can take modern ferry boats (“cacilheiros”). Trains take you to other parts of the country, while the subway, or metro as it is known locally, takes you around the city of Lisbon. There are also street cars, buses and other public transport links at Caís do Sodré station.
Cais do Sodré station is a 5-minute walk from your apartment. Just a few minutes ride will take you to any point in the city, in comfort and without the usual delays of traffic.
The Sintra railway is also close to the apartment and you can enjoy a trip to one of the most beautiful Portuguese towns. A fast and reliable train service runs alongside the River Tagus towards the Atlantic Ocean and in minutes, you will be on your way out of the city to enjoy Cascais and its, beaches, again taking a comfortable journey without the hassle of coping with road traffic.
Flexibility is yours with eighteen different bus lines within a 2-minute walk from the apartment building.
